Antonio Rodrigues joined Bain & Company's Toronto office in 1990. He served as Senior Partner and led the Wealth and Asset Management practice across the Americas, transitioning to Advisory Partner at the start of 2025 while continuing to lead the practice. His client work spanned Canada, the United States and Europe, with a focus on wealth management, asset management and life insurance throughout his career.
His clients have included independent and bank-owned wealth managers, traditional and alternative asset managers, and mutual and stock life insurers. He has also published Bain research on wealth management M&A, customer loyalty, distribution strategy and the strategic convergence of insurance and asset management.

Andrew completed an internship at Power Corporation of Canada on their Strategy team, where he reported to a VP of Strategy and led two independent projects presented to senior leadership. His work included a strategic fit assessment of U.S. acquisition targets in the benefits administration and human capital technology sector, and a comparative analysis of asset manager-backed and traditional U.S. life insurers covering general account portfolio construction, capital efficiency metrics and regulatory dynamics.
