What kinds of organisations does Dunedin work with?
Primarily wealth managers, asset managers and life insurers, and the private equity firms with significant exposure to these sectors. For board and executive advisory work, we are open to conversations with organisations outside these sectors as well.
How does an engagement typically begin?
With a direct conversation, at no charge. We discuss the situation, what the client is trying to accomplish, and whether there is a good fit. We are straightforward when we are not the right advisor.
How are engagements priced?
Engagements are structured either as defined projects or as monthly advisory retainers, depending on the situation. Fees are discussed openly at the outset. The initial conversation is at no charge.
Can you work with organisations outside Canada?
Yes. The majority of Antonio's advisory work over his career has been in the United States and Europe, in addition to Canada.
How is confidentiality handled?
Client relationships are not discussed. All work is conducted under standard confidentiality agreements.
